Jaguars reach settlement with DE Wesley (AP)

The Jacksonville Jaguars have waived injured defensive end Steven Wesley. Wesley and the team reached an injury settlement, meaning he will not revert to Jacksonville's injured reserve if he clears waivers. Wesley, an undrafted rookie who played three seasons at Miami before transferring to North Alabama, sprained a knee ligament in the preseason opener at New England on Aug.
